Return Policy

Packaged Software
Upon purchase, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on CD-ROM or Internet download versions of our software. Ephone Corp. software products are available for set trial periods during which you are allowed to examine and evaluate our software products prior to purchase.

In the event that your software is delivered on damaged or defective media, Ephone Corp. will send replacement media.

Downloaded Software
Due to the "emergency use" nature of our products, it is our policy not to provide refunds for software downloaded from our website, unless the product was not delivered (as a result of download or other issues) or the product did not work as indicated.

If you do not receive your product or if it does not work as indicated, please contact us immediately at orders@tabinshop.com. Refund requests must be received within ten days of the date of purchase.
